At Camptown Coffee, your satisfaction matters. This policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds to make your shopping experience worry-free.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging and tags (if applicable) must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If your request is approved:

  • We will provide a return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item will be included

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon arrival.

If an item is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable products (e.g., food or beverages)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items or promotional products

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please reach out before initiating a return.

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following the instructions above

  2. Place a new order for the replacement product

This ensures the fastest processing of your exchange.

6. International Orders – EU Customers

For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase are required

This right applies in addition to our standard 30-day policy.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process

  • Additional time may be required by your bank or credit card company

8. Return Address

A return shipping label provided by Camptown Coffee is required before sending any items.
